I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (IL #180.017343) who is committed to meeting clients where they are and fostering a supportive, collaborative therapeutic relationship. I place strong value on building meaningful connections with clients and their families and supporting the development of healthy relationships.

I bring over five years of experience as an outreach therapist working with children and adolescents across a wide range of ages. My work within school settings has provided me with firsthand insight into the academic, social, and emotional challenges youth face today. I also have experience working with individuals from diverse backgrounds, including LGBTQ+ clients and individuals from varied cultural and ethnic communities. My clinical approach is grounded in evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

I earned my degree in Clinical Counseling Psychology from Illinois State University. During my training at The Center for Youth and Family Solutions, I discovered a strong passion for working with children and families. Collaboration with caregivers, educators, and other important individuals in a client’s life is a core component of my therapeutic approach.

Outside of my professional work, I enjoy spending time with my husband, baby, and three cats, as well as exercising, antiquing, traveling, and exploring nature. I value new experiences, including trying new foods and discovering new places.
