I serve as the Director of Business Operations at Thrive Child Psychology, where I oversee the administrative and financial systems that support the practice. My role focuses on managing billing, insurance claims, and payments while helping ensure families have a clear and seamless experience with the business side of care.

I bring more than 15 years of experience in business operations, leadership, and performance improvement. I hold an MBA and am a Six Sigma Black Belt, and much of my professional background has focused on building efficient systems, improving processes, and supporting teams in delivering excellent service. Throughout my career, I have worked to identify opportunities for growth, strengthen financial operations, and implement strategies that improve both efficiency and the overall customer experience.

At Thrive, I work closely with our leadership and administrative teams to manage revenue cycle operations and support the continued growth of the practice. My goal is to create organized, transparent systems that allow our clinicians to focus on what matters most: supporting children and families.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and keeping up with the adventures of my two young boys.
