Required Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Psy.D. in Clinical, Counseling, or School Psychology from an APA-accredited program
- Licensed or license-eligible (postdoctoral fellow) in Illinois or Florida

- Strong competency in assessment and evidence-based treatment with children and adolescents
- Clear diagnostic formulation and sound clinical judgment
- Ability to deliver concise, meaningful feedback to caregivers and families
- Effective parent coaching and family collaboration
- Comfort working with schools and interdisciplinary providers
- High standards for documentation and ethical practice
Experience & Job Requirements
- Minimum of one year of clinical experience with children and adolescents
- Based at our office in Bloomington, IL, or Clearwater, FL
- In-person presence is required for assessment services and some child therapy

Compensation
- Competitive, percentage-based pay.
- Full-time Licensed Psychologists typically earn $92,000 to $120,000+.
- Full-time Postdoctoral Fellows typically earn $62,000 to $70,000+.
