Required Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Psy.D. in Clinical, Counseling, or School Psychology from an APA-accredited program
- Licensed or license-eligible (postdoctoral fellow) in Illinois or Florida
Key Skills
- Strong competency in evidence-based treatment across a range of presenting concerns in children and adolescents
- Clear diagnostic understanding and sound clinical judgment to guide treatment planning
- Skilled at translating clinical observations into meaningful, accessible feedback for caregivers
- Experienced in parent coaching and building collaborative relationships with families
- Comfortable working within school systems and alongside interdisciplinary teams
- Commitment to thorough documentation and the highest standards of ethical practice
Experience & Job Requirements
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related clinical field from an accredited program
- Licensed in the state of Illinois or Florida (LCSW, LPC, LCPC, or equivalent)
- Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience with children and adolescents
- Seeking providers to be based at our office in Bloomington, IL OR Clearwater, FL

Compensation
- Competitive, percentage-based pay.
- Full-time Child and Adolescent Therapists typically earn $90,000-$110,000+
